IndexFair is an analytical platform built on anonymous data only. We do not run user accounts; we do not record IP addresses against identifiable users; we collect only privacy-friendly analytics (page-level counts via Plausible). We aggregate user reviews scraped from public sources, with full verbatim text discarded after a short extraction window. Bounded audit excerpts (≤200 characters) and structural quality signals may persist internally; excerpts are excluded from every public response and rendered page.
That design means most data subject access requests have a short answer: we don't hold anything identifiable about you. We still want to make it easy to ask, correct a brand fact you believe is wrong, or raise any privacy or data question.
