Brands render an evidence profile — measured facts and counts — until these weights are certified. No 0–10 number is shown for any brand in this vertical today.
§1

Onshore-authorised Block-A

Only payments providers with a live home-regulator authorisation in the market earn a Block-A signal. Offshore entities are never scored.

§2

Measured mode

Payments & Transfers publishes a composite 0–10 score once enough verified measured-product evidence exists (transfer cost, FX spread, delivery speed) alongside review-derived experience. Below the minimum evidence threshold, the number is withheld.

§3

Aspect catalogue (provisional)

The payments aspect set is provisional — magnitudes are not certified on this page until the leaf launch package is signed off.

§4

Independence

IndexFair takes no affiliate inducement and runs no editor's pick in finance. Every payments provider receives the same informational outbound link.
