This page shows verifiable facts and user-reported service quality. It publishes no overall safety rating, and asserts no leak-freedom or kill-switch behaviour. A no-logs standing is reported only as assessed by an independent audit — naming the auditor and date — never as proven or guaranteed.
What we score

Weights are PROPOSED — shown as indicative; final values will be confirmed and dated at /changelog before Phase-B go-live.
