36Vegas app experience in United Kingdom

App-specific evidence for this brand’s mobile apps — not a download page. Store-listed ratings shown here are reported external facts, not IndexFair scores; there is no app-experience score on this page.

An app-experience evidence profile — not a download page. IndexFair links to no app store, hosts no promo codes and issues no recommendation. Store ratings on this page are reported as external facts and are never used to compute, raise, lower or gate any IndexFair number.

Apple and Google rate differently — the two numbers are not comparable. Apple’s App Store rating can reset around a major app-version release, so it reflects a narrower, more recent window; Google Play’s is a recency-weighted rolling average that carries more history. Neither is an IndexFair score, and neither should be read against the other.

No topic breakdown on file yet.

Excluded unless it names an app-workflow failure. Payout, support, odds and bonus complaints describe the operator, not the app. A mention is reclassified into a cluster fact only when it names an app-workflow failure — e.g. a withdrawal that cannot be completed in the app. 0 mentions were reclassified this window; everything else is counted on its own subpage. Nothing here feeds a score — the destination is a counted cluster.

App issue clusters

counted facts · only platforms that cleared their floor

No app-UX cluster has cleared the N≥8 evidence floor for this market yet.

Counted facts only. A cluster is a group of independent mentions describing the same app behaviour, with a count and a time window. Every row belongs to a platform that cleared its own floor — a dark platform contributes no rows, and no cluster is weighted into any hidden number.

Store aggregate ratings are ingested as external facts only — never as a scoring input. Review text from the same listings is mined separately for app-UX clusters.

Methodology note

Store-listed ratings are shown on this page — as external facts only. Each is observed from its storefront and is never used to compute, raise, lower or gate any IndexFair number. Apple and Google measure ratings differently — Apple’s can reset around a major app-version release; Google’s is a recency-weighted rolling average — so the two are not comparable to each other. App-UX issue clusters are counted from mined review text and are shown for a platform only when the largest bucket clears the N≥8 minimum-signal floor. There is no app-experience 0–10 score on this page, and iOS and Android are never pooled into one figure.

How app facts are collected

FAQ

Why is the store rating shown as a fact and never turned into a score?

A store aggregate rating is a signal an operator can nudge — review-gating prompts that steer only satisfied users to rate, and incentivised-review timing, can inflate it. A number an operator can inflate is not allowed to raise, lower or gate any IndexFair figure. So we report the store rating verbatim as an external fact and stop there.

Why are iOS and Android never combined into one number?

Apple and Google compute their ratings over different windows and different populations, and each platform runs a different build. Pooling them would invent a figure neither store reports, so the two panels stay independent and are not compared to each other.

Why can one platform show facts while the other is dark?

Each platform clears its own N≥8-per-bucket cluster floor independently. If iOS has enough mentions in its largest bucket and Android does not, iOS shows its cluster list and Android shows the honest gap. Nothing is filled in for the dark platform.

What is the N≥8 cluster floor?

An app-UX issue cluster is shown for a platform only when its largest mention bucket holds at least 8 independent reports. The floor gates whether a fact list is shown — it does not gate a score, because there is no app-experience score on this page.

Does IndexFair provide app download links?

No. We host no download links, promo codes or install CTAs. Each app’s availability is recorded as a documented fact; getting the app is between you and the operator.
